ELECTRIC POWER

  • When leaving the offices turn off lights and air conditioners.

  • Press the printers' energy saving button.

  • Unplug electrical appliances when not in use.

  • All lighting must be based on energy-saving luminaires or spotlights.

  • Put computers in sleep mode when not in use.

  • Adjust the brightness of the screens to medium level.

  • Choose the equipment with the lowest energy consumption.

PAPER CONSUMPTION

  • Buy recycled paper for use in the daily activities of the company.

  • Avoid printing if not necessary, distribute and disseminate your documentation electronically as much as possible.

  • Photocopy and print double-sided.

  • Only print the final and authorized version of the documents, properly review the documents in electronic versions.

  • Use email and business chat for internal communication.

  • Share documents through the cloud.

OIL SPILLS

  • Inspections should be carried out thoroughly before using the equipment to detect damaged hoses.

  • Pay attention to reports of damage to seals and hoses to avoid leaks and spills.

  • All company units must have their anti-spill kit.

  • All employee vehicles must be in good condition upon entering the facility to prevent oil spills on the facility.

  • Vendor vehicles must go through a mechanical review to authorize their entry into the facilities.

WATER CONSUMPTION

  • If you detect a tap that is leaking, close it

  • Turn off the tap while brushing your teeth.

  • Report any leaks in the water facilities.

  • Run the tap water just to rinse the dishes, and turn off the tap while you lather them.

  • Optimize water consumption to wash your hands
